What is the process for returning a product?
You have 24 hours after receiving your item to notify us that you want to return it. If your item fits all of the requirements, you can begin your return by calling our Customer Service at +8801603-592899 , which is available from Saturday through Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Except during federal holidays).
Simply follow the six steps below:
Step 1: Check if your product meets all the conditions for returning a product.
Step 2: Contact FESTAL’s Customer Service to submit a complaint/request for a return.
Step 3: Pack the product in a neat package with FESTAL’s office address mentioned. FESTAL will not bear the return charge.
Step 4: Your returned product will go through a quality check.
Step 5: If validated, you will get refund or product replacement. FESTAL will hold the final decision in this matter.

How much time do you have to return a product?
Items purchased from FESTAT can be returned within 24 hours after delivery if they are eligible for return. For instance, if you receive your product on the 5th of any month, you have until the 6th to contact FESTAL’s Customer Service department. Customer service representatives are available from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., seven days a week.
NOTE:
★ You have 24 hours from the day you receive your purchased product, to call FESTAL to initiate your return. Unfortunately, we will not accept returns past 24 hours of your product delivery, or if you do not have the original copy of the Customer Copy Invoice. If the nature of your complaint refers to damages, we advise you to check if your product has a warranty. Visit our Warranty Policy page for more details.

Option 3: Directly drop off the product at the office premises or by post by Courier Service. FESTAL will not bear the return charge.

What checks are conducted once your product is received by FESTAL.com.bd?
Our Quality Control team will inspect your product once it has been received. We will investigate whether the products fail to perform as stated in your return form. We will also ensure that your goods meets all of the return standards outlined in our policy.
How to request a refund and what are the conditions?
Refunds are made only when the request is made within 24 Hours of the purchase. And the purchased product must be in sealed/intact condition to be eligible for a refund. Otherwise, there will be no option for any refund.
How long does the validation or invalidation of the refund take?
This quality evaluation process takes at least 7 business days depending on the refund method. Once completed, we will send you an e-mail or call you to give you the result of the quality evaluation.

Can you ask for an exchange instead of a refund?
If you prefer to swap your purchase, simply notify Customer Service, and we will contact you as soon as your product has been received and the availability of the requested product has been determined. However, for any exchange, the product must be completely sealed/intact.
If you choose a refund voucher, you can use it to purchase any goods on festal.com.bd up to the value of the voucher.
How will you be notified if your returned product is not valid for return?
If your return is invalid, we will contact you to explain the situation and return the item to you. We will arrange for the item to be delivered. If you still need warranty, you can get it.
